Cancellations & Refunds

•  Missed sessions are fully chargeable to respect the therapist’s time.

• Online sessions: Free rescheduling allowed up to 2 hours before the session.

• Offline sessions: Rescheduling allowed up to 6 hours before; after that, it is considered a missed, chargeable session (covers clinic fees and travel).

• Cancellations: Refunds only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations or missed appointments.

• Refund processing: Within 3–4 business days, minus a 2% platform fee, via the original payment method.

• No-shows: Therapist will wait 15 minutes without notice before logging off. Attending on time is the client’s responsibility.

• Clients are encouraged to reschedule early to maintain continuity of care.

• Sessions can be canceled using the website or by sending a whatsapp text message on +91-9967669555, rescheduling can be done only via whatsapp text message.
