• We do not under any circumstances record sessions, recording of a session is prohibited to ensure confidentiality.
• We offer SOS sessions based on therapist availability.
• Sessions can be rescheduled with a 24-hour notice or in emergencies, subject to availability.
• Emergency services are not provided. In case of an emergency, please contact your nearest hospital.
• Currently, we do not accept clients dealing with severe mental health issues such as Schizophrenia, Psychosis, or Mania.
• Our services are available for individuals aged 18 and above.
• If booking a session for someone else, their consent is mandatory.
• We do not prescribe medication or replace prescribed medications by your doctor.
• We do not diagnose serious mental health issues or administer psychometric tests.
• Session fees are fixed and non-negotiable with mandatory pre-payment.
• Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the session receive a refund, otherwise, no refunds are provided.
• Missed appointments are non-refundable as the therapist's time is valuable.
• Ensure a quiet space and a good internet connection for mandatory video sessions.
• All sessions are conducted online.
