Service Description
This is for students who are not able to pay the regular price because of lack of financial support. This can only be booked by students who have already spoken to the psychologist and have had their student ID verified. If not then the session will be canceled.
Cancellation Policy
• Missed sessions are fully chargeable to respect the therapist’s time. • Online sessions: Free rescheduling allowed up to 2 hours before the session. • Offline sessions: Rescheduling allowed up to 6 hours before; after that, it is considered a missed, chargeable session (covers clinic fees and travel). • Cancellations: Refunds only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations or missed appointments. • Refund processing: Within 3–4 business days, minus a 2% platform fee, via the original payment method. • No-shows: Therapist will wait 15 minutes without notice before logging off. Attending on time is the client’s responsibility. • Clients are encouraged to reschedule early to maintain continuity of care. • Sessions can be canceled using the website or by whatsapping on the official number, rescheduling can be done only via whatsapp
